Graph databases: a type of NoSQL database
Details
On Wednesday 21th of September we organise a lecture about Graph databases, a type of NoSQL database.
The lecture
During this meetup a short introduction to graph databases as an example of a NoSQL database type is given. Thereafter we start with a practical example of a Laravel application that runs on a graph database.
A graph database records the relationships between data and makes it analyzable. Connections and patterns can now be detected. Working with this technology ensures that one can build software that enables organizations to be 'data-driven'. Collecting useful data about its use helps to tailor content more effectively to the target audience.
